1. Service-Specific Policy

Refund eligibility varies by service. Custom development projects (websites, apps) typically follow milestone-based payments. Refunds may be considered only before work has commenced or as per the signed agreement.

2. Subscription Services

For recurring services (Hosting, Bulk SMS credits, Digital Marketing retainers), refunds may be issued for unused portions within 7 days of purchase, subject to our approval. Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable once used.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel subscription services with 30 days written notice. No refund will be provided for the current billing period. Project cancellations must be communicated in writing; work completed up to that point will be billed.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us. We will work in good faith to resolve issues. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for: services already delivered and accepted, third-party costs (domains, licenses), or services where the client has not provided required materials or feedback within agreed timelines.
