Gowebs provides IT services including but not limited to: Website Design, App Development, Bulk SMS, Hosting/Server Management, Digital Marketing, and Gaming App Development. Service-specific terms may apply.
3. Payment & Billing
Payment terms will be as agreed in the project contract or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as per the project agreement. Gowebs retains the right to use anonymized work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gowebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
